These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by or to TCG Stock Watch.

Current SMS Use

The current TCG Stock Watch phone number is intended for account verification, recovery, launch setup, and low-volume operational use.

Public SMS alert subscriptions should not be launched until:

• opt-in collection is implemented
• opt-in evidence is stored
• STOP and HELP handling is implemented
• Telnyx messaging profile and webhook routing are configured
• required 10DLC brand and campaign registration is complete if using U.S. A2P messaging

Future SMS Alerts

If TCG Stock Watch later offers SMS alerts, message types may include:

• restock alerts
• availability alerts
• account verification codes
• support responses
• service notices

Message frequency will vary based on user preferences, product availability, and alert quality thresholds.

Opt-In

You should only receive marketing or alert SMS messages if you explicitly opt in.

Opt-in forms should clearly describe:

• the program name: TCG Stock Watch
• the types of messages you will receive
• message frequency
• that message and data rates may apply
• STOP instructions
• HELP instructions
• links to the Privacy Policy and SMS Terms

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages by replying:

• STOP
• UNSUBSCRIBE
• CANCEL
• END
• QUIT

After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message.

Message And Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile Information

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

We may share mobile information with service providers that help us operate messaging, verification, support, security, and compliance workflows. Those providers may only use the information to provide services to us.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TCG Stock Watch SMS features.

Delivery

SMS and MMS delivery is not guaranteed. Messages may be delayed, blocked, filtered, or rejected by carriers, platforms, or anti-abuse systems.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms as messaging features and compliance requirements change.
