• Communications you send to us, including emails, direct messages, SMS/MMS messages, and support requests.
• Public social interactions with TCG Stock Watch accounts, such as follows, likes, replies, mentions, reposts, comments, and public profile information made available by the platform.

• Alert workflow information, such as seller names, product names, listing URLs, prices, availability observations, review decisions, and source attribution.

We do not intentionally collect payment card information in the current version.

SMS And Mobile Information

When you interact with third-party platforms or seller websites, their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Social Platform And API Data

If we use social platform APIs, we will use platform data only for the purposes disclosed in this policy and needed to operate TCG Stock Watch.

If we use Google or YouTube APIs, our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements where applicable. We will request only permissions needed for implemented features.

If we use X, Bluesky, Instagram, TikTok, or other platform APIs, we will respect applicable API limits, deletion/update requirements, and user-data restrictions.

Seller And Product Data

TCG Stock Watch may collect and store information about product listings, sellers, source URLs, prices, availability, and review decisions. This information is used to generate reproducible alerts and audit why a post was or was not published.

We do not treat raw scraped URLs as publishable facts without review, normalization, and source attribution.

Cookies And Analytics

The current planning site may not use analytics or advertising cookies. If analytics, pixels, affiliate tracking, or advertising tools are added later, this policy should be updated before those tools are enabled.

Data Sharing

We may share information:

• with service providers that help operate the site, email, SMS, hosting, security, logging, and publishing workflows
• with social platforms when publishing content or using their APIs
