Use this page to request deletion of personal information associated with TCG Stock Watch.

How To Request Deletion

Email social@tcgstockwatch.com with:

• the subject line Data deletion request
• the email address, phone number, or social handle related to the request
• the platform involved, if any
• a short description of what you want deleted

We may ask for information needed to verify that you control the relevant email address, phone number, or social account.

What We Can Delete

Depending on the request, we may delete or de-identify:

• support messages
• inbound SMS/MMS messages
• optional alert subscription records
• social platform identifiers stored for support or publishing workflows
• OAuth tokens or API credentials associated with a user-authorized integration
• account setup records that are no longer needed

What We May Keep

We may retain information when needed for:

• security
• fraud prevention
• abuse prevention
• legal obligations
• accounting
• auditability of published alerts
• preserving source attribution and review history

For example, we may keep alert audit records showing why a public post was created, reviewed, rejected, or published.

Social Platform Data

If you delete or change content on a social platform, TCG Stock Watch will make reasonable efforts to update or delete stored platform data when required by the relevant platform policy, contract, or law.

You may also need to use the platform's own account, privacy, or deletion tools.

Timing

We aim to respond to deletion requests within a reasonable period. Some requests may take longer if verification, legal review, or technical work is required.
